Responsibilities

- Monitor the progress and performance of participants, providing support and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary
- The personnel will assist the Senior Laboratory Services Officer in designing, planning and implementation of quality laboratory services and any laboratory related activities; supervising all Associates, Assistants and Short-term hire under the command and coordinate all laboratory day-to-day activities.
Speecific Duties and Responsibilities
- Support oversight on the functionality and optimization of all Clinical laboratory services as well as laboratory related activities across healthcare facilities and communities.
- Assist in the design, implementation and monitoring system to assure an efficient documentation of lab documents and records.
- Ensure sample collection, sample processing and management, storage, and referral and timely result return are in line with the laboratory quality assurance and program and 3rd ’95 (for VL)

Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Management (KM):

- Track progress on KM and SBC initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management and funders.
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of data related to KM and SBC activities, ensuring timely reporting to
- Key stakeholders, including donors and government partners.
- Contribute to donor reports and technical updates, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Social Behavioral Change, and communications, preferably in the health sector.
- Experience working in the field of HIV/AIDS, with a solid understanding of HIV prevention, care, and treatment programs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement KM and SBC strategies in large-scale health programs.
- Proven experience in producing high-quality written materials, including reports, newsletters, and success stories.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for professional communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
