1). Field Support Engineer – Electrical
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Perform basic functions as in an Electrical Engineer’s role
- Identify electrical systems equipment, power requirements, and determine optimum supply sources.
- Define system design and operation philosophy, network configuration and distribution systems.
- Conduct detailed reviews, design, selection, sizing and specification of HV/LV electrical power and distribution system, electromagnetic compatibility, earthing, lightning protection, and equipment for hazardous area.
- Specify Electrical System Protection and Control system.
- Electrical Engineering Support in Installation, Construction, Testing, commissioning, and Maintenance Operations.
- Manage Electrical Safety and Implement safety rules and regulations in providing electrical assurance and maintenance support.
- Demonstrate knowledge of protection relay coordination studies and testing of protection relays
- Demonstrate knowledge of electrical component identification and drawing interpretation (wiring diagrams and single-line drawings).

2). Change and Value Management Coordinator
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Support contractor daily on stakeholder alignment functions and help embed an understanding of the type of change being introduced from relevant projects, and the necessary steps required to achieve target results
- Assist contractor on a daily basis for all communications emanating from project engagements with relevant stakeholders, and to provide the necessary support for all assigned change actions via follow-on meetings, coordination across business units, etc.
- Responsible for coordination of identified team enablement activities and the preparation of all learning materials utilizing any format or software as agreed with contractor
- Support contractor in understanding business roles and the assignment and management of authorizations, with close collaboration of relevant business focals
- Support project on change management campaigns, preparation of applicable formats for target engagements, and the maintenance of a living program beyond project go-live to support the hyper-care phase
- Support contractor to further harden the proposed business case for assigned aspects of the SAP PM Implementation and to align same with the relevant business areas
- Work with relevant business areas to streamline KPIs identified for improvement and to assist the contractor in developing a value roadmap and associated activities to help achieve specific deliverables across the project phases
- Work with the relevant business areas to drive value management activities and act as a daily interface between business and contractor
- Provide quarterly reporting to relevant stakeholders on the extent of work done in line with the project’s approved value roadmap plan
- Ensure proper documentation of all change and value management deliverables across project phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years of work experience in a maintenance, engineering, or asset information management department
- Has played a change management role and at a knowledge level in value management
- Possesses a good understanding of relevant methodologies and tools for delivering change initiatives and value proposals from any training or work endeavour.

3). SAP Technical/Administrative Assistant

4). SAP Safety/Quality Assurance Officer
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and guide the implementation of an HSSE Control Framework compliant HSE Management System (HSE-MS), an ISO 14001 certified Environmental Management System (EMS) as part of the project’s overall HSE-MS, to ensure that a consistent and standardized approach is applied by the project in achieving personal safety, process safety, and environmental objectives, whilst developing and operationalizing all associated processes.
- Manage, test and deploy all behavioral safety programs, training and change management packages required to operationalize HSE Critical Processes and SSoW on the project, ensuring awareness of expected behaviors to entrench best practice HSE culture, save lives and prevent major accidents.
- Manage, implement, and maintain the framework that supports the integrity of all NLNG’s Major Accident Hazard (MAH) barriers continuity on the project.
- Manage, implement, and maintain the framework and tools and techniques for Contractor HSE Management on the project, supporting project team members for capability assessment and banding of the contractor to ensure HSE risks associated with contracted activities are effectively managed to improve HSE culture, save lives and prevent major accidents.
- Implement NLNG’s process for managing HSE risks, ensuring that all project activity risks are identified, analyzed, and documented to demonstrate they are managed to As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) through the Hazard & Effect Management Process (HEMP) to consistently assure that project’s HSE management is focused on preventing, controlling and mitigating major accident hazards.
Requirements
- A University Degree preferably in Engineering, Sciences or Physical Sciences
- 5 – 7 years post-graduate working experience, out of which a minimum of 3 years should have been spent in a similar position in a reputable organization preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry.

5). SAP MDG.Systems Coordinator
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Support implementation of enhancement packages and new releases periodically as required to sustain the usability of the SAP MDG system
- Champions deployment of minor improvements as originated or requested by the Asset Management team
- Assists in the development of new project scope related to SAP MDG

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- SAP-MDG project delivery experience for Plant Asset Management is an added advantage
- Understanding and use of SAP S4 / HANA is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines
