Operations:

• Warns mechanical maintenance team on any mechanical defect forecasted by vibration survey and daily round.
• Update Mechanical Supervisor on the achievement of the planned oil replacement operation.
• Keeps track of any backlog of work in his area of responsibility and suggests corrective measure to the onshore conditional maintenance coordinator if this backlog threatens becomes unmanageable.

Profile

• Higher National Diploma or Higher qualification in Mechanical / Production Engineering

• Ability to perform detailed vibration collection and analysis, download the data into the vibration database, realize first level of analysis of results, send a monthly backup to onshore for detailed analysis and follow achievement of Company’s approved vibration corrective actions
• Ability to carry-out and interpret thermography survey, perform daily monitoring of Pump & Turbines condition (temperature, performance, vibration etc.) with the online process data (Pl) and suggest corrective actions to avoid failures

Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) / Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator

Your activities will include:

• Develop the Onshore and Offshore PTW Strategy for Precommissioning and Commissioning activities.

•  Liaise with the Onshore Contractor to develop the onshore JRA and PTWs.

• Ensuring that conflicting permits are not issued; Maintaining the Permit Register Recording any lessons learned during the operation of the PTW System in the Lessons Learned Register;
• Taking a lead role in ensuring the SIMOPs for offshore is not compromised by the issue of conflicting permits Coaching and mentoring of junior staff
• Ensuring that PTW updates/changes are effectively communicated to all offshore personnel.
• Ensuring that new staff are registered in the PTW register at the appropriate level.
• Attend all PTW & SIMOPS meetings
• Carry out weekly audits of the PTW system
• Facilitate and participate in higher level PTW audits
• Supply accurate data and reports regarding PTW status to the offshore management team.

• Raises and ensures all work permits are fully approved before commencement of any work permit related job.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder and must be computer literate and at least 5 years experience of Logistics, stock control and warehousing with minimum 5 years experience in oil industry in operations.
• Experience of Computerised Stock and Procurement management systems
  including some experience of SAP.
• Experience in Offshore construction, Installation, Pre-commissioning and
  Commissioning in an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry
  preferably on an FPSO.
• Experience in oil and gas or related industry to have knowledge of the specific
  environment linked to HSE aspects
• Shall be conversant with basic ethics aimed at controlling quality of works
• Shall be in involved in ensuring safety of self and others on site
