Qualifications
- Proficiency in the use of renewable energy modeling software such as PVsyst and Homer
- Proficiency in the design of solar PV systems using CAD software such as AutoCAD or integrated design software such as PV design, PVcase, etc.
- Strong understanding of Electrical Power Systems, Power Electronics, and/or Solar Energy
- Demonstrated interest in renewable energy systems
- Work experience or demonstrated familiarity with solar PV installations
- Demonstrated ability to independently supervise multi-stakeholder projects
- Clear effective communicator across diverse audiencesWrites clearly, professionally, and without grammatical error
Non-Negotiables
- 5+ years’ work experience in either power systems engineering, electrical transmission/distribution networks, building electrical engineering, or electrical generation in an industrial context is a must
- 2+ years’ work experience in solar PV construction with a top-tier firm is a must
- Working knowledge of battery storage technologies and the design of storage solutions is a must
- Working knowledge in the integration of solar PV systems with thermal generation assets such as diesel generators and HFO generators is a must
- Background in designing and implementing EHS policies for construction projects is a must.
Salary
N30,000,000 – N40,000,000 annually.

What we are Looking for
- The operations Coordinator would supervise all warehouse workers and ensure that operations daily and yearly targets are met. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations at the warehouses and across the hubs and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
What Does the Job Involve
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline all warehouse operations.
- Collaborating with the Operations and Logistics managers to establish and execute quality control processes across the company’s warehouses and hubs.

Job Title: Logistics / Fleet Supervisor
Location: Nigeria

What we are Looking for
- The Logistics / Fleet Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the logistics arm.
- You will coordinate the transportation and delivery of products across all 36 states in Nigeria.
- You will also coach, mentor, manage, and supervise all logistics/fleet personnel within the fleet department to achieve the best results within the fleet department.
What Does the Job Involve
- Direct day-to-day operational management of fleet, and advise management on requirements to support operations in line with business objectives.
- Oversee the scheduling and the dispatch of shipments to regional hubs and operating territories from the central sorting facility.
- Negotiate/manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations for pharmaceutical products and good distribution practices.
- Monitor performance, and prepare ad-hoc & routine reports for management.
- Maintain relevant shipping documentation for tracking inventory in transit and loss prevention.
- Coordinating nationwide route planning as well as signing up and managing logistics partners (fuel stations, mechanics, insurance) across the country on planned routes.

- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
- 5+ years’ work experience (at least 4 years at the management / supervisory level).
- 5+ years’ experience in a Transport and Logistics role and company.
- Knowledge and experience in nationwide delivery and third-party logistics

N8,400,000 – N9,600,000 annually.
