Job Title: Invoicing Discounting Sales Specialist

Role Overview
- We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for Identifying businesses or contractors that require invoice discounting loan products, onboard them and ensure that the credit facility is disbursed.
What you’ll do
- Identify contractor / suppliers for reputable Companies in Nigeria that require invoice financing
- Review and ensure proper load documentation is submitted. Effectively communicates with clients if there is missing documentation.
- Verification of invoices with the assigned debtor, following prescribed protocol as stated by the Risk Management team.
- Effectively manage relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
What you’ll need (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a related field
- Experience working in a relevant environment. Preferably someone that has driven invoice financing in a lending company, bank, or a Fintech company.
- Relevant product knowledge of invoice financing
- Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service
- Consistently achieved objectives set for them and taken action to improve their own performance
- An open, flexible, and supportive approach to change and innovative
- Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of sharing information effectively, in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Job Title: Field Support Officer
Location: Nigeria

Role Overview
- We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in key merchants and clients with ambition and passion in the advised location to achieve high sales to maximize revenue and profit for the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Provide on site support to customers that use Traction Apps products
- Attend to customers’ complaints, enquiries and resolve issues via phone and first level support
- Work hand in hand with the sales team to carry out deployments and deliver on leads
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports including issues resolved, feedback and performance report
- Escalate the issues/complaints to higher authority for solution if needed
- Conduct network maintenance, troubleshooting and debugging of the POS terminals.
What You’ll Need (Requirements)
- Experience in customer support, issue resolution
- A thorough understanding of and results in Fintech sales or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Perceptive and a fast learner: you’re able to quickly understand the technology that powers Traction Apps, and able to help customers achieve their goals, even if they’re unable to articulate those goals
- A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition
- The ability to solve problems and to think quickly on your feet
