Job Summary
- As a Facilities Consultant (Upstream), you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, design, and management of facilities associated with upstream oil and gas operations.
- Your expertise will ensure that our facilities are efficient, safe, and environmentally compliant, enabling optimal production and resource management.
- You will collaborate with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of upstream facilities, including drilling sites, production platforms, and processing facilities.
- Develop detailed engineering specifications and drawings in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage facility-related projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate project success.
- Conduct assessments of existing facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
- Leverage data analysis to optimize facility operations, reducing downtime and operational costs.
- Promote a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure facilities are operating within safety and environmental guidelines.
- Provide expert technical advice to operations teams regarding facility maintenance, upgrades, and best practices.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs to enhance team capabilities in facility management.
- Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, preparing necessary documentation and reports as required.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, integrating changes into facility operations as needed.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and environmental teams, to align facility strategies with organizational goals.
- Represent the organization in discussions with regulatory bodies, community stakeholders, and partners.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in facilities engineering of which 5 years in management position within the oil and gas sector.
- In-depth knowledge of upstream facility design, construction, and operations, as well as detail knowledge of relevant industry regulations.Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in design and project management software.

Job Title: Drilling Consultant (Upstream)

- Delivery of continuous HSE and Performance improvement through drilling contractors by building and maintaining an effective contract management plan.
- Compliance with Rules, and regulations, in the operating area.
- Ensure performance delivery of a quality well: in time and in the budget, meeting the agreed primary objectives stated in the well functional specification and further worked out in detail in the Well design/technical specification.
- Identify, initiate, and implement Technical Limit Drilling activities in the detailed planning and execution phases of assigned projects (Best Practices screening, DWOP, Pre-spud, well section reviews, and briefings of rig team and contractors).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Geoscience, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in onshore/offshore drilling operations within the upstream oil and gas sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of drilling processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- Certification in relevant HSE standards and practices is a plus.

Job Title: DW CMIMS (UniSup) Engineer

Description
Is the Lead User and main focal point for Deep Water SAP PM module users
- Organize the training of the users, organize and provide technical assistance to all PM users
- Control the use of the SAP PM tool and report on proper use or alert on deviations of use
- Perform weekly / monthly report on SAP PM KPI and use
- Organize and follow up the system data updates as per site modification request processes.
- Define and develop the procedures associated to the use of the system.
- Coordinate all aspects related to the administration of EGINA PM module.
- Organize and follow-up the training of the users for the PM part.
- Coordinate and follow-up with the defined parties, as required, the development, training and use of the
- MM module for the M&I teams. Provides assistance to the M&I teams in that respect.
- Liaise with SAP métier support and the SAP support Centre (Paris / Pau based).
- Coordinate with Métier for mass data transfer (for both spare parts and technical data)
- Participate in Maintenance Engineering Projects coordinated by the DW FOPS entity
- Organize and ensure the support to the PM users.
- Organize, develop, and control the reporting and analysis to be obtained from Unisup for all M&I teams.
- Initiate and conduct audits on the use of CMIMS by the M&I teams to control and correct as necessary the deviation to good practices.
- Initiate support service for PM users of Lagos based staff and of EGINA FPSO staff.
- Provide assistance in all areas of competence with regards to M&I works planning, follow-up, reporting and logging
- Coordinate the review of activity backlogs and contribute actively to eliminate it by developing strategies, making recommendations to management and coordinating the all-stake holders to achieve this objective.
- Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by his Hierarchy
- Within the framework of Deep-Water Field Operations, the main objectives are, in the field of Maintenance & Inspection:
- Perform proper works coordination, activities reporting, equipment condition analysis, in view of maintaining and optimizing the operations and the equipment performance.
- Ensures the issuance and optimization of the Maintenance entity Plans and Practices in view of budget control,
- production optimization, and HSE best Performance.
- Responsible to ensure that the equipment registers are kept update and that maintenance records are validated at proper level, properly reported, recorded, and maintained in the dedicated data bases.
- Ensures consistency of the methods used by the various maintenance disciplines.
- Responsible to initiate, control, and validate the studies aiming at equipment optimization
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc / BEng in Engineering
- Professional experience: Minimum 10 years in E&P business especially in Maintenance and Inspection
- support position and minimum experience of 5 years on Unisup
- Good knowledge of planning tools and of SAP based CMIMS tools
- Skills required: Good presentation and communication skills.

- Receives Drilling Programs for each Rig / Well to determine / list equipment / tools / materials requirements according to Drilling Instructions / Equipment Allocations and ensures satisfying sites daily requirements.
- Maintains appropriate and safe storage of the Company’s owned drilling equipment / tools and ensures timely replenishment through purchase / fabrication / repairs by contracted companies.
Requirements
- Experience in supply and logistics, preferably in international frontier operations
- Experience working in Operations, preferably Drilling support activities and related materials, equipment and services
- Associates Degree plus formal training mechanical trades.
- Experienced in starting up new operations in a truly remote frontier region • Experience in material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)
- Must be able to demonstrate sound ethical practices in the supervision of local labor, inventory control, oil field accounting, and contract administration
- Strong analytical and communication skills; Good interpersonal / team skills
- Must be extremely flexible and adaptable to various working and living conditions.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers and possess excellent administrative and organizational competencies.

Job Title: Material Balance and Reporting Engineer
Location: Offshore, Nigeria

- Perform hydrocarbon accounting of oil, gas and water flows from stations.

- Provide first level support to the Sites and base personnel on use of NPDMS
- Prepare special reports regarding production & injection volumes as may be required
- Prepare and coordinate for routine end-of-month stock-taking activity by NUPRC.
- Reconciliation of Onshore oil injection into SPDC pipelines for transportation to Bonny Terminal
- Reconciliation of Offshore sites production with FSO Terminal volume receipts
- Prepare final monthly production reports after reconciliation of production with SPDC
- Prepare and Issue all periodical production reports to partners including but not limited to NUIMS, NUPRC, SPDC, etc. considering deadlines and contractual obligations.
- Communicate and resolve with Metering & laboratory teams any metering and lab analysis discrepancies
- Carry out any other duties/projects that may be assigned to him/her by the Hierarchy.
- Participate in crude and gas reconciliation with the NUPRC, NUIMS, SPDC etc
- Accuracy of data and information while working within strict and tight deadlines
- Applicable Government policies and several reporting requests from Government agencies.
Job Requirements
- B.Eng / BSc in Chemical, Process or Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience with good knowledge of Oil & Gas production operations
- Use of Production reporting Tools – NPDMS or similar.

- Diverse knowledge and skills (NPDMS, Advanced Excel, Oil & Gas Production Operations, Data Analysis etc.).
