Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Luxury Estate)

Job Summary

• We seek a Project Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of projects including liaising with the board directors; coordinating and leading partners; supervising members of the Project team; and overseeing Project implementation, financial and administrative oversight, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation of the Project.

Key Requirements

• Advanced Degree (minimum, master’s degree) in a relevant field from an accredited university with at least 10 years of experience in a relevant position managing Luxury Residential and Hotel construction programs ideally in Nigeria and/or West Africa.
• Experience managing, implementing, and evaluating multi-million dollar, Projects.
• Technical expertise and/or program management skills in building construction, with a strong preference for candidates with experience integrating the two.
• Experience in EPC turnkey contracts and experience in executing them.
• Demonstrated diplomatic, management, and communication skills to liaise and advocate with governments, funders, thought leaders, and other key stakeholders including other members of management within the Company’s group of other operating entities.
• Proven ability to write technical reports and program documents and deliver presentations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate cross-culturally.
• Ability to travel overseas independently if required.

Job Title: Draftsman / Drafter

Job Description

• The successful candidate will utilize AutoCAD software to develop precise shop drawings for electrical systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• This role involves close collaboration with MEP teams and site personnel to produce detailed and comprehensive drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create shop drawings using AutoCAD for electrical systems, including lighting, power, and ELV systems.
• Work with MEP teams to produce composite drawings, integrating details and sections seamlessly.
• Engage with site teams to ensure drawings are accurate and align with project requirements.
• Perform site visits to gather necessary information and enhance understanding of project specifics.
• Continuously review and update drawings based on feedback, design changes, or project modifications.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors to clarify design goals, resolve technical issues, and incorporate feedback effectively.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees in Building Engineering Technology or a related field
• 4 – 5 years relevant work experience of drafting experience, proficient in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM, and Dynamo
• Experience in electrical and mechanical designs in buildings.
• Strong technical drawing and blueprint reading abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with teams and clients
• Strong organizational abilities, crucial for managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines
• In-depth understanding of construction processes and familiarity with relevant legal issues in the construction industry.
• Effective presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently present ideas in front of clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
