Job Description

  • We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join the CabVibe team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, handling scheduling, organizing documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for management.
  • Manage internal and external communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and reports.
  • Provide general office support, including handling correspondence and calls.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Must have 1-3 years experience.
  • Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
