Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Nigeria
Job type: Part-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Officer to oversee the warehousing and distribution of our goods.
  • The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for coordinating all warehousing activities and dispatching of our products to other warehouses.
  • The work is not full time, you only have to resume twice a week to carry out your duties. Candidates should stay close to Ojodu berger, Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Transport new stocks from the shipping company to the warehouse.
  • Count the newly received stocks and ensure they are all in good condition.
  • Regularly dispatch stocks to our agents nationwide, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to forecast inventory needs and plan for new shipments
  • Develop and maintain inventory management procedures to ensure accurate and efficient stock management
  • Assist with the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and provide recommendations to prevent future discrepancies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, inventory management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software..
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be a detail-oriented individual.
