Job Title: Sales Personnel

Job Summary
- We are looking for smart, reliable sales personnel that can drive and make use of smart phones.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions and support.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Participate in sales meetings, networking events, and conferences on behalf of the company.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Provide management with feedback on market trends, competitive products, and potential improvements.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest product developments and trends.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients and potential customers.
Salary
N75,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Raw Material Planner

Job Description
- We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Raw Material Planner in the Food Production industry.
- As a Raw Material Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous flow of raw materials to meet production demands.
- You will be responsible for closely monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand forecasts, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials.
- Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments within the organization, such as production, logistics, and quality control, to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management and a proven track record of successful material planning in a fast-paced industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are crucial for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions are key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with demand planning and production teams to develop accurate raw material requirements forecasts
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure availability of raw materials to meet production schedules
- Communicate closely with suppliers to manage orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
- Review and assess supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize transportation and minimize costs
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplier information, and purchase orders
- Provide regular reports and updates on material availability, procurement status, and potential risks or issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in raw material planning or procurement, preferably within the food production industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
