Description
- We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials and digital platforms to enhance our brand presence and support our sales efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and produce high-quality, visually engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, signage, advertisements, digital assets, and social media graphics.
- Create visually compelling presentations for short-let listings, sales pitches, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design assets, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, real estate marketing, and visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

- Provide creative input and contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Support other design needs within the organization as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Creative Designer with top brands, working experience in real estate industry or a related field will be preferred.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
