Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Imo
Reports To: Branch Operations Supervisor or Business Unit Manager
Responsibilities:
- Market FINCA’s product range and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct initial screening of business loan clients before referring them to the Business Loan department.
- Execute account-opening procedures, including verifying signatures and ensuring compliance with FINCA MFB policies.
- Ensure all customer documentation for account opening meets Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Maintain availability of FINCA Nigeria manuals and brochures at the branch.
- Manage security of personnel and physical assets, and uphold cleanliness standards in the banking hall.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports to the Branch Supervisor.
- Address issues raised by the Back Office Supervisor and/or accountant on a regular basis.
- Document and escalate unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate channels.
- Safeguard processed data/information from unauthorized access or destruction.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the Branch Supervisor in accordance with FINCA Nigeria policies.

Qualifications and Experience
– Bachelor’s Degree / HND in a relevant field
– At least six (6) months of experience in front office duties or cashiering
– Proficiency in Customer service operations
