We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Plant Information Technology Administrator – ICM Plant

Location: Nigeria

Job purpose

  • Maintain and support both hardware and software, manage and support LAN and WAN, support network users, server operating systems, messaging system, maintain data backup, security and server administration, control and monitor telecommunication devices, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain adequate records of all LAN and WAN configuration parameters such as IP addresses, firewall configuration, switches, bridges, modems and routers settings and cabling connectivity. Maintain LAN and VSAT connection to ensure uninterrupted access to needed resources.
  • Monitor server and network performance and anticipate required changes/upgrades to optimize performance to ensure availability of servers and network to support operational needs of the company.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify network problems as they relate to desktop or laptop computers. Troubleshoot and repair workstations, printers and other computer peripherals.
  • Assist users and administer user accounts in the domain controller, ensuring security of stored information, giving access shared and security permissions to relevant users, joining workstations to the network, configure IP settings and manage of user mailboxes in the exchange server.
  • Manage, monitor and control telecommunication devices such as telephone land lines, gsm lines, resident phones and internet subscription to ensure that they are not out of credit or service.
  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktop workstations, phone issues, web connectivity, messaging problems, DNS, WINS and DHCP issues, terminal services printing issues, remote desktop emulation issues and other Timberline problems.
  • Provide data security and control, change data cartridges on daily, weekly and monthly basis to facilitate effective backup and restore operation, while strictly adhering to the group policy on safety and disaster recovery procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Electronics Engineering or other sales related fields.
  • 7-10 years’ experience.
  • Certifications: Cisco certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Microsoft certified Professional (MCP)
  • MCTTP, Microsoft 365, Windows Server 2019 and MS SQL

Job purpose

  • Maintenance of mould equipment and other machine components.

Responsibilities

  • Implement routine/planned maintenance on all mould equipment.
  • Ensure that the mould machinery/equipment are always in good working condition.
  • Ensure job standardization and maintain specification in accordance with drawings.
  • Assist in Fabrication of spare parts and other equipment components for preventive maintenance.
  • Implement needed corrective actions required to be carried out on moulds/other general fitting jobs and ensure concise interpretation of all returned jobs.
  • Maintenance of safety rules and good housekeeping.
  • Keep records of all activities and daily reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Glass Technology or related discipline
  • 1- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication oral/written and report writing skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Suites – excel, words and power point
  • Experience in AutoCAD and drawing

Job Purpose

  • Provide effective leadership to develop reward and compensation strategies to deliver the organization’s objectives and establish best practices to maintain systems and implement procedures to actively attract and retain high quality talents to meet business requirements in a flexible and cost-effective way.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Nigeria Operations Team to consistently match business requirements with plans for fair compensation and appreciation.
  • Lead Remuneration & Benefit market surveys and implementations; provide Human Resources business partnership supports to Function Heads.
  • Offer leadership and processes to guarantee that compensation is competitive on the market and synchronized across the organization.
  • Establish mechanisms to guarantee that payroll is handled efficiently and effectively across all operations.
  • Create and put into action plans and initiatives that will guarantee the retention of talent needed to run the organization profitably and successfully.
  • Assist the function heads at the corporate office in maintaining a structured and professional work environment for all employees.
  • Support the Organization Development Team on Performance Management and act as the Technical Support Expert on the Online Performance Management Platform
  • Compile relevant data and recommendations to guide decision-making related to compensation, HR KPIs, and other People Operations related activities.
  • Analyse trends in the organisation, economy and employment marketplace to identify issues and opportunities to enhance workforce planning strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and update the HRIS platform (MS Navision) in conjunction with the ERP team. Propose changes as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related fields
  • 7-10 years’ proven experience in a multinational compensation and benefits role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Certification (CIPM) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong project management skills, capable of taking initiative and working independently as well as within a team.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to analyse, organize, and convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to inspire colleagues to meet deadlines.
  • Highly numerate with HRIS data management experience.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels.
