Job Title: Senior Manager, IT
Location: Nigeria

Job function: Information Technology
Job Role
- Designing and Managing of extensive enterprise WAN and LAN Networks
- Responsible for server installation, maintenance, and administration (Linux and Windows)
- Implementing and managing of Avionics, commercial and operations infrastructure both software and hardware
- Configuring, implementing, and managing backup strategy for all IT applications, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and Centralized Security Infrastructure
- Monitoring internal and external threats to Green Africa
- Producing, reviewing, and amending Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures relating to IT Infrastructure
- Implementing and managing of SSL infrastructure (certificates issuance and configuration)
- Management of Green Africa’s data storage infrastructure and database (SQL, Online/Offline Datastores)
- Evaluating and deploying new services and functions as needed
- Administration of DNS
- Ensuring all IT infrastructure designs are up to date
- And any other tasks assigned by the Director of IT and Innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline is required
- At least 10 years relevant working experience
- Working knowledge of a wide range of data center and Network technologies including LAN, WAN, Firewalls (Sophos and Cisco), Fibre Optics, VPN Networks
- Experience with Avionics and other Airline commercial and operational software will be an advantage
- Experience in back-end development (C#, python, or java) would be an added advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and operate in a dynamic enterprise environment
- Strong negotiating and relationship management skills are essential
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills

Job Title: Training & Licensing Specialist

Job Role
- The training and Licensing assistant will assist with processes and task in the Training and Standards unit.
- The training and Licensing Assistant shall assist with the following task.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training-related activities for Green Africa Personnel as required
- Plan and coordinate outsourced training activities (initial/recurring).
- Maintain Training & License records for all Green Africa IOCC personnel ensuring all records are up to date
- Manage all licensing activities for Green Africa IOCC personnel
- Prepare periodic training report
- Coordinate with Crew Scheduler and the DTS to ensure seamless integration training and licensing events with flight operations.
- Assist with scheduling training meetings and events
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree from a reputable institution
- 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Aviation Industry experience is an added advantage.
