Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team at Koolboks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships through outbound and inbound calls.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Koolboks products.
Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ products.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a telesales representative, customer service representative, or similar role.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate situations professionally.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
