The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled communications specialist to lead our internal communications and social media efforts.
- The person will develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage our employees, foster a positive work culture and manage our social media presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Create effective communication strategies for the organization, coordinate external and internal communications flow (newsletters, social media etc).
- Design communication for company-wide announcement and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement internal communication plans and campaigns.
- Create engaging content for various internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters).
- Manage and moderate our company’s website and social media handles.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Create and curate relevant, informative, and engaging content to drive engagement within the organization.
- Monitor and report on social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate social media into their initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all internal and social media channels.
- Collaborate with Regional Training Managers to drive recruitment exercises through available applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and social media.
Job Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications / Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, social media management, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Ability to create engaging content and campaigns that drive employee engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Technical Skills in the area of graphic, usage of Canva and relevant tools and application.

- Good interpersonal skills.
