Job Title: Procurement / Contract Manager
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
Procurement and Vendor Management:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage entire strategic sourcing process for direct and indirect spend including: demand management, spend analysis, market research, supplier identification, RFP launch, supplier / vendor
- negotiations, contract award, and performance / KPI tracking.
Contract Lifecycle and Risk Management:
- Showcase deep expertise in all ongoing contractual works and lead efforts in responding to contractual letters, disputes, claims, etc.,
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including monitoring performance, enforcing contract terms and conditions, and resolving disputes
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with ongoing and prospective projects.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage client relationship with respect to contract management and compliance
- Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders (e.g., legal, admin, finance, engineering, planning, etc.,).
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze procurement process and savings achieved and identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements (e.g., Procure-to-pay, source-to-contract) to streamline procurement process
- Analyze contract lifecycle management process and identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline contract lifecycle management process.
Qualifications
- Required qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering
- Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or Nigerian Institute of
- Purchasing and Supply Management (NIPSM) certification preferred;
- Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) or Council for the Regulation of
- Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) registration an advantage.
- 8+ years of experience working with IOCs, EPCs, and / or construction firms
- Deep knowledge of oil & gas industry in Nigeria.
Salary
N600,000 Gross Monthly.

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilitie
Business Development:
- Research potential clients and identify opportunities for constructions works in the public and private sectors (i.e., International Oil Companies (IOCs), National Oil Companies (NOCs) industrial clients, federal government, state governments, and institutional clients such as banks, insurance, and pension funds)
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth
Relationship Building:
- Reach out (in-person) to potential clients and generate leads for potential business in specified sectors (i.e., Oil & Gas companies, industrial, institutional, private, federal government, and state governments)
- Set up meetings, develop, and deliver presentations with prospective clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NNPC, IOCs, local oil & gas operators, and institutional clients
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the industry
Proposal Development:
- Support proposal manager and liaise with internal / external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of proposals
Market Intelligence:
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data to derive insights
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
Experience
- 5+ years of experience working in business development
- with IOCs, EPCs, and / or construction firms
- Deep knowledge of oil & gas industry in Nigeria
Qualification:
- Required qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering
- Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) or Council for the

Job Title: Proposal Manager / Tendering Engineer
Location: Nigeria

Description
Tendering and Proposal Management:
- Lead and coordinated the development of proposals, tenders, and bids including all required documentation for construction works in the public and private sectors (i.e., International Oil
- Companies (IOCs), National Oil Companies (NOCs) industrial clients, federal government, state governments, and institutional clients such as banks, insurance, and pension funds)
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., admin, finance, engineering, planning, PMV, etc.,) to gather information pertaining to proposals, tenders, and bids
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies
- Display knowledge of requisite registration, permits and vendor platforms for the oil & gas and public sectors.
Proposal Strategy and Planning:
- Develop proposal strategies and plans to win new business while coordinating with Business Development Manager
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation (i.e., vertical / horizontal integration)
Engineering Content Development:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical proposals and tender documents
- Develop engineering content where require for technical submissions
Contract Lifecycle and Risk Management:
- Support in managing the contract lifecycle, including monitoring performance, enforcing contract terms and conditions, and resolving disputes
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with tenders and proposals
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, commercial, and executive teams
- Manage external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze tender and proposal results to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase win rates and efficiency
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working with IOCs, EPCs, and / or construction firms
- Deep knowledge of oil & gas industry in Nigeria
Qualifications
- Required qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business
- Management or Engineering
- APMP (Association of Proposal Management
- Professionals) certification preferred
Salary
NGN700,000 / month (gross).
