Job Title: Contract Bidding Officer

Job Summary

  • As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Contract Bidding Officer to lead our efforts in identifying, evaluating, and securing competitive bids for projects and contracts within the tech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential bidding opportunities in the IT/Tech industry.
  • Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs), and Invitations to Tender (ITTs) to understand project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal) to gather necessary documentation and prepare detailed, competitive bids.
  • Develop pricing strategies, bid proposals, and submission documents to secure projects.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure bid compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor bid performance and provide feedback to improve future proposals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and technology advancements to enhance bid success rates.
  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in similar role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract bidding, tender preparation, and proposal writing, ideally in the IT/Tech industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Monitor and assess compliance risks within the organization and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate these risks.
