Job Title: Procurement Officer

Job Description
- We currently seek to recruit an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to function as Procurement Manager in our plant in Ogun State.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
- Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies.
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
- Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies.
- Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of HND in Engineering / Humanities or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years working experience as Procurement Officer in a security firm.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
- Experience in procurement of Vehicle parts.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Automobile Quality Control Manager
Location: Ode Remo, Ogun

Job Summary
- The Quality Control Manager will supervise production staff in the automobile factory and oversee all processes in the manufacturing of all armoured vehicles and OEMs to ensure they meet quality and efficiency standards.
- He will also work with clients to ensure the final products meet their needs and requirements.
- The Quality Control Manager will ensure the auto manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards.
- The quality control manager understands the customer’s needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams.
Job Description
- Gaining an understanding of the client’s needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
- Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality vehicles.
- Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
- Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
- Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
- Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
- Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
- Any other function as may be assigned by the Head of Operations and / or GMD.
Qualification / Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ cognate experience in Quality Assurance in an auto manufacturing organization.
- Revelant Quality Control / Assurance Professional Certifications
- A thorough understanding and experience in automobiles and production
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Proven ability to drive change and engage others.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Sound communication skill.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Act as the point of contact for all employees.
- Provide administrative support to employees and managing their queries.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Documentation and Records of all kitchen items purchased.
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Assist with the general administration of work within the admin team.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Other duties as may be determined from time to time within the general scope.
