Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to join our team at Renmoney. The successful candidate will work closely with the product team to develop new products and platforms, optimize processes, and provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the product team to develop new products and platforms
– Implement business requirements in existing products
– Optimize processes to achieve efficiency
– Provide reliable and smart solutions to serve customer needs
– Work with the CTO to implement industry best practices
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in software development
– Experience with Java EE platforms, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, CSS, HTML, Spring, Spring boot, Struts, Hibernate
– Excellent skills in DB Schema design and SQL development
– Strong knowledge of SQL
Preferred:
– Experience as a solutions architect
– Experience in managing remote teams
