We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched using inventory systems.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of goods being stored or moved.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with the logistics and haulage teams for the seamless movement of goods.
• Prepare periodic warehouse and inventory reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role (minimum of 2 years preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations.

Salary
N80,000 (negotiable) plus performance commission.

Job Title: Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all cash and payment transactions for the company, including issuing receipts and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of cash inflow and outflow, ensuring all financial transactions are documented.
• Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Work closely with the accounts team to provide timely updates on cash flow and expenses.
• Handle petty cash and disbursements for daily operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.
• Respond to inquiries regarding payment issues and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Safeguard cash and other financial instruments to ensure they are properly accounted for and secure.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar finance-related role (minimum of 1–2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Salary
N70,000 (negotiable) plus performance commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s haulage and logistics services.
• Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet sales targets by driving customer acquisition and retention.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s services.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Generate and submit weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in logistics, haulage, or related industries (minimum of 1–2 years).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to network and build relationships.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of the haulage and logistics industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 monthly (negotiable) plus performance commission.
