TAIDOB College is a government approved private secondary school strategically located within Goshen Estate, Asero, Abeokuta, Ogun State. Dr. Abayomi Oluwatosin Jiboku, a seasoned educationist cum administrator established the college in October 1994 as a model with the motive of providing educational services to all races irrespective of gender, religion, tribe or social status. This unique citadel of learning is situated in a quiet, serene and conducive environment, equipped with modern educational infrastructural facilities and of dedicated and experienced tutors.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Tutor

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Teaching specialized subject(s) to students in designated classes.
  • Attending to all assigned classes regularly and punctually.
  • Conducting class tests, periodic tests, practical/projects, homework etc on a regular basis and marking all exercise books while proper records obtained by students are kept as continuous assessments.
  • Involvement in the conduct of afternoon session classes for students at designated times on the timetable.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least B.Sc., B.Ed., HND, in Accounting or other related fields from reputable institutions.
  • Must possess at least 2 years of cognate experience teaching Account in a secondary school.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Account Tutor
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Admission Officer

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Responsibilities

  • Putting up structures on how to increase the student population of the school.
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective students and their families, answering queries and providing guidance throughout the application process.
  • Notify applicants of admission decisions.
  • Creating marketing structures to put the school on a global stage.
  • Maintain accurate records of admissions data for reporting purposes.
  • Ensuring all policies of the institution on admissions are strictly adhered to while ensuring targets are met.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least a B.Sc., B.Ed., or HND, in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or other related fields from reputable institutions.
  • Must possess at least 2 years of cognate experience working as an administrator/ marketer.

  • Assigning Of Class Arms And Hostel Rooms To Students.
  • Opening Of Files For New Students.
  • Filing Of Documents Of Students.
  • Taking Note And Reaching Out To Parents Of Absent Students On A Daily Basis.
  • Taking Note Of Students On Medical Referrals.
  • Conveying Students Referred To Other Medical Facilities For Medical Examination.
  • Delivering Of Educational Materials Of Students Brought To The Office To Their Respective Classes.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least B.Sc / B.Ed / HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or other related fields from reputable institutions.
