Job Summary

  • The Deputy Manager, Strategy & Consumer Insight is responsible for supporting the development and execution of business strategies through data-driven decision-making.
  • This role involves conducting market research, competitive analysis, customer behavior studies, and providing strategic insights to inform marketing, sales, product development, and overall business planning.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to align insights with organizational goals and translate them into actionable initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence:

  • Support the development of annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic input for go-to-market plans, product launches, brand positioning, and media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable business and marketing strategies.

Consumer & Audience Insight:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct A/B testing and effectiveness analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

Project & Team Leadership:

  • Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional insight projects from planning to execution.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consumer insights, market research, or business analysis (ideally within a marketing or communications function).
  • Experience in media, financial services, FMCG, retail, or tech industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEC and regulatory guidelines relating to investment promotions.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and investment terminology.

Job Title: Lead, Learning and Development

Job Summary

  • The Learning and Development Lead, in line with the Human Resources Department strategy, is in charge of developing all soft skill trainings including career development activities, identifying skill gaps by performing training needs analysis and creating training intervention programs to fill these.
  • He/she will be required to be strategic rather than reactive, assessing the skills and knowledge within the organisation and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Coordinate implementation of learning and development plans against agreed timelines, budget and reporting against agreed performance measures.
  • Propose and review the unit’s policies and processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, manage and ensure high performance within the L&D team in line with management principles.
  • Plan, manage and be accountable for the learning and development unit’s budget.

  • Design annual training calendar ensuring full completion within targeted timescales.

  • Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal methods used for staff trainings; making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate.
  • Keep track of employee performance before and after training interventions.

  • Develop effective new hire induction program (NHIP) and monitor the delivery of same.
  • Design and evaluate training and performance interventions (pre and post training assessment).
