Job Title: Senior Fullstack Developer
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
- This position is responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of software systems that meets customer requirement.
- The role also involves sitting within the IT team of a business and will be involved in liaising with the Business Analysts and Development Managers to ensure software projects meet requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Strong background in PHP and some of its framework (Laravel particularly)
- Strong Understanding Of Javascript and Its Framework(ReactJS,VueJS)
- Bridge the gap between UI design and technical implementation
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of Inertia and Livewire
- Understanding of the SOLID programming principles
- Expertise working with packages and other developers’ codebases
- Dedication to TDD
- Expertise working with relational databases
- Experience with modern-day development tools including version control, preprocessors, task runnners, etc.
- Experience with cloud computing architectures
- Good understanding of versioning tools such as Git
- Comfortable with linux servers and some dev-ops
- Desire to work with project managers, designers and other developers
- Excellent verbal and time management skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Experience working in small cross functional Agile teams to build complex systems
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).

- Prepare technical documentation
- Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
- Proven work experience as a Mobile developer

- The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our B2C product.
- This person will lead the development and execution of growth strategies across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive user acquisition, revenue, and adoption of our products through the execution a comprehensive growth strategy
- Draft and pitch our products to prospective organizations.
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Market penetration, drive, and management of existing / potential users/agents.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Research and develop designs and products
- Determine the need for training and talent development
- Hire contractors and build teams
- Ensure products have the support of upper management
- Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
- Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes.
- Check team’s work for technical accuracy
- Coordinate work with other managers and staff(Product, Sales, P&C)
- Spearhead the creation of new technology infrastructures and maintain configuration management and automation tools.
- Assist the development teams in the deployment and monitoring of applications based on technologies such as PHP, Laravel, C#, Java, Python, Ruby, SQL Server, MySQL PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Logstash, File beat, Kibana, and RabbitMQ.
- Coaching the engineering development department personnel in the workings of reusable tools and patterns, for example, reusable deployment code for Jenkins, Octopus, Ansible, and Docker.
- Keeping up with industry best practices and trends on behalf of the Automation/Dev Ops department and the larger engineering department.
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
- Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
- Managing stakeholders and external interfaces
- Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for Devop operations.
- Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes.
- Check team’s work for technical accuracy.
