Job Description:
The person for this job will handle the small amounts of money coming in and going out at Rainoil’s Gas Plants/Skids. They’ll also keep careful records of these transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Make sure there’s enough money for everyday small expenses and emergencies.
2. Keep track of money to easily spend, balance, and refill.
3. Manage expense records to know where cash advances are used.
4. Record all cash requests and payments.
5. Match received cash with recorded expenses.
6. Pay bills and give receipts.
7. Keep track of money received and spent.
8. Take money from the bank for safekeeping.
9. Organize documents about cash payments and collections.
10. Answer questions about approvals, spending limits, and deadlines.
11. Close different cash accounts when needed.
12. Prepare reports on money collected and spent for the supervisor to check daily and weekly.
