Job Description

• We are seeking a creative, analytical, and tech-savvy Digital Marketer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies across various digital channels.
• This role requires a mix of creative thinking, strategic planning, and data analysis to drive customer engagement, sales, and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Content Creation: Develop, manage, and optimize content for the website, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
• SEO/SEM: Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
• Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community growth.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or others to measure KPIs and ROI.
• PPC and Ad Campaigns: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and conduct competitive analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.), and a good understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, creativity, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in [specific industry if relevant, e.g., e-commerce, tech, healthcare].
