We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Answering incoming telephone calls from prospective and existing guests
- Assisting guests with hotel reservations
- Assigning rooms and suites to guests
- Processing credit card transactions for lodging, room service and other hotel costs
- Transferring phone calls to guest rooms
- Providing guests with wake-up phone calls
- Assisting with guest requests and complaints
- Maintaining accurate records of guest charges (room service, pay-per-view, spa services, etc.)
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and polite demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel property management software (PMS).
- Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, patience, conflict resolution, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Preference will be given to candidates who reside within Ajah and its environs.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.

Job Description
- Manage and Provide Efficient, Prompt, Trouble-free, Courteous and quality Accounting Service
- Balance front desk cash drawers, verify postings, process payments (cash, credit cards), and reconcile daily transactions.
- Supervice the activities of the night shift
- Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
- To identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost saving.
- To obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
- To Prepare and present reports that reflects audit’s report and document process
- To act as an objective source of independent advise to ensure legality, validity and goal achievement.
- To conduct follow up audits to monitor Hotel Management’s intervention.
- To maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
- Have the ability to manage large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
- Have sound independent judgment.

Requirements
