Job Title: Administrative Manager / Client Relationship Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • This role sits at the intersection of operations and client experience.
  • You will be the backbone of office administration while serving as the primary interface between Softnation Properties and its clients ensuring seamless documentation, communication, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after transactions
  • Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, and contract follow-ups
  • Ensure timely delivery of property documents and client communications
  • Maintain accurate client records and transaction files
  • Actively manage client satisfaction and retention strategies
  • Support management with scheduling, reporting, and internal coordination.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administration, client relations, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional client-handling experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
