- The ICONi Global Virtual Internship Program is a 3-month structured remote opportunity designed for ambitious individuals seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- This is not a passive internship. Interns will work on real projects, real campaigns, and real operational systems across our ecosystem.
- Top-performing interns may be considered for extended roles, contract opportunities, or long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design content using brand templates (Canva)
- Adapt creatives across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Support content repurposing and scheduling
- Maintain brand consistency across posts.
Other Responsibilities:
- Meet agreed weekly deliverables
- Attend virtual check-ins (as required)
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Follow internal processes and brand guidelines
- Submit weekly activity reports.
Requirements
- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated initiative and learning ability are highly valued.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic digital literacy (Google Docs, Drive, Sheets)
- Reliable internet access
- Ability to commit consistently for 3 months
- Self-motivated and organized
- Open to feedback and iteration.
Performance and Structure:
- 3-month fixed internship cycle
- Monthly performance review
- Continuation is dependent on performance and consistency
- Stipend paid monthly.
