Job Title: Production Superintendent
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are seeking a Production Superintendent to supervise and optimize production processes at our Ikeja factory.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, supporting the maintenance of quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- The core duties and responsibilities for this role include:
- Production & Operations Management: Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and the timely delivery of products .
- Planning & Scheduling: Implement and monitor production schedules to meet demand requirements effectively .
- Quality Control: Enforce quality control standards to maintain product excellence throughout the manufacturing process .
- Resource Allocation: Optimize manpower allocation and ensure adherence to safety regulations at all times .
- Equipment & Maintenance: Monitor equipment performance and liaise with the maintenance team to schedule preventive and corrective actions, minimizing downtime.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for the role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: An OND / HND / BSc in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the foam, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or a related industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control techniques.
Salary
N100,000 / month.

Location: Nigeria

About the Role
- We are seeking high-performing Customer Sales Executives-VONO with proven experience in selling tangible goods to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent service that converts prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in field or direct sales of physical/tangible products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
- A minimum of a B.Sc./HND
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales of tangible goods (e.g FMCG, electronics, furniture, industrial products, etc.)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused
- Must be familiar with the local market terrain
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor – Vitapur
Location: Nigeria

About the Role
- We are seeking high-performing Electrical Supervisor-Vono with proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance, specifically within FMCG, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, leading the electrical maintenance team to ensure production lines run reliably, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of new electrical systems
- coordinate planned and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose equipment problems, and troubleshoot faults on a wide range of equipment
- Lead a team of electricians and technicians.
- This involves assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, training, and mentoring personnel, and ensuring the work meets quality and industry standards
Core Responsibilities:

Qualifications
