Job Title: Female Cashier
Location: Area 1 Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
- Process payments for room charges, food, and extra services.
- Handle guest check-outs and print itemized final bills.
- Issue safe deposit boxes or tokens when required
- Count and verify the starting cash float at the start of a shift.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and credit card machines safely.
- Balance total cash, checks, and credit slips at shift end.
- Report any missing money or mistakes to management right away.
- Write daily cash reports and summary logs.
- File invoices, receipts, and credit card vouchers correctly.
- Greet guests with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Answer questions about bills, charges, or hotel amenities.
- Help solve simple billing complaints or send complex issues to the manager.

Job Title: Male Housekeeper

Job Description
- Change bed sheets and pillowcases
- Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers
- Dust furniture and mirrors
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
- Empty trash cans and recycling Bins
- Restock toiletries, tissues, and drinking glasses
- Replenish coffee, tea, and minibar items
- Stock and organize the cleaning cart
- Sort and send dirty laundry to the wash area
- Vacuum and tidy hallways, lobbies, and elevators
- Clean public restrooms throughout the shift
- Report broken lights, leaky faucets, or damaged furniture to maintenance
- Turn in any lost-and-found items left behind by guests.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO in a relevant field.

Qualification
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant field.
Required Skills:
- Friendly, polite, and patient attitude when dealing with complaints.
- Knowledge of hotel management software (HOTELMAN) and basic office tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
