Job Title: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Isolo, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Initiate and complete selection process for customers’ online orders.
- Develop analytics on the ecommerce business to yield improvements.
- Provide analysis of key business metrics and site performance
- Handle vendor and product management duties by coordinating new product setups and maintaining existing ones.
- Manage existing vendor relationships and help establish new, workable ones as well.
- Oversee on-site customer shopping experiences through product organization and site management activities.
- Manage monthly marketing calendars to support site merchandising plans.
- Communicate promotional details for online campaigns and enforce web development and creative deadlines.
- Monitor, track, and report on all email and marketing campaigns in a bid to keep the management abreast of activities.
- Develop detailed project plans for each assigned project including path analysis and contingencies.
- Create milestone plans for each individual project and ensure that the management is provided with status updates at each level.
- Assist in the forecasting of prices, sales, margins, and inventory by basing research on applicable marketing trends.

Job Description
- We are looking for a highly skilled individuals with excellent management skills and industry knowledge to drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style.
- The Accountant will prepare the company financial accounting, treasury management, provision of management and statutory reports, and support the organization’s business planning and performance management processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentation and recording of transactions; review entries to the general and subsidiary ledger to assure accuracy and compliance with the company accounting procedures.
- Prepare monthly and year-end closing of the books and provision of financial reports for management and statutory purposes.
- Implement the company’s chart of accounts and accounting system (policies, procedures, technology) for effective financial reporting and control.
- Support the external audit process by ensuring availability of all required financial and non-financial records.
- Implement a cost accounting system (standard costs, actual costs, investigation of variances) for effective cost management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 8 – 12 years experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis
- Strong skills in Budgeting, Tax Preparation, and Compliance
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Excel
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA are desirable
- Relevant work experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
