Location: Nigeria

Summary:

  • We offer students (m/f/d) the opportunity to complete a mandatory or voluntary internship at our parent company, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, in Nigeria for a duration of 5-6 months. This internship assignment is based in the Human Resources department at our head office in Abuja.

What tasks can you expect from us?

  • You will assist the HR manager on-site with the special project ā€œCompensation & Benefits.ā€
  • You will gain extensive insights into daily HR processes and procedures, and after training, you will provide support to your colleagues.

Job Requirements:

When is this internship right for you?

  • You are at least in the 5th semester of a Bachelorā€™s degree program in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, or you are enrolled in the corresponding Masterā€™s program.
  • You can provide proof of current enrollment.
  • You possess proficient skills in both German and English.
  • You have a strong interest in working in a multicultural, international project team, and you are proactive.
  • Effective communication is important to you, and you enjoy working collaboratively.
  • You have a good command of MS Office, especially Excel.

2). Internship in IT Management (SoSe 2024)

  • Creating test scenarios, conducting tests, and preparing relevant documentation.
