Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to become a valuable member of our team. As a Sales Officer, your primary focus will be on acquiring new merchants and driving revenue growth for our Transaction Finance company. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring new merchants and boosting revenue.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (an added advantage).
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in the transaction finance industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Showcase strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Exhibit the capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in Abia (Igbo Speaker), Enugu (Igbo Speaker), and Ogun (Yoruba Speaker) is a valuable asset.

Remuneration (Fixed + Variable Pay):

Fixed:

  • Gross Monthly Salary: N146,343.
  • Additional Airtime, Data, and Transport Stipend: N60,000.

Variable:

  • Commission: Earn 7.5% of Total Net Revenue Generated per month, with no earning cap.
  • High-performing individuals have the potential to earn up to 5-10 times their monthly salary in additional commissions per month.
