We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial and Business – Contracts Administrator I

Location: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Contract
Work Schedule: Standard – 5 days on / 2 days off – 5 days on / 2 days off

Main Functions

• Responsible for stewarding and administering vendor contracts and/or orders to ensure uninterrupted goods/service delivery to buyers and compliance with controls.
• Responsible for researching and analyzing existing contracts and making recommendations on various issues.
• Monitors and manages contract expiration dates. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and amend Service Requests for Production Operations contract services providers that exist on Company’s SAP system.
• Create Service Entries for Production Operations contract agreements existing on Company’s SAP system.
• Liaise with Contractor Representatives on a daily basis to address issues that may arise from the placement and amendment of purchase orders and the payment of invoices for work executed against those purchase orders.
• Provide contract status reports to management for review.
• Ensure effective contract administration through records management, advice and compliance with procurement, controls, OIMS and business requirements.
• Provide support to Accounts Payable as required.
• Coordinate with field personnel and confirm that Contractor performance evaluations (on-going or end-of-service) results are captured for future contract consideration.
• Work with Contract Advisor and Representatives to identify performance and efficiency improvement opportunities in contracts.
• Work closely with Procurement on contract renewal, contract award, contract resolutions and contract follow-up action items.

Scope of Work specific to this Assignment:

Skills and Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-10 years experience.

Job Title: Engineering – Risk and Loss Prevention Engineer / Specialist II

Job Description

• Provide support for SHE Equipment Stewardship by ensuring effective execution of PMs consistent with performance standards
• Facilitate close out of deficiencies or non-conformances arising from SHE equipment – Firewater pumps, oil spill response equipment and lifeboats and life rafts stewardship
• Drive improvements in Safety/ER integrity programs – Safety Performance Standards, Dashboard
• Co-ordinate responses to CoP Network High Consequence Failure postings under the guidance of the integrity supervisor
• Support central maintenance organization in analyzing operating, maintenance and non-destructive testing data to establish remaining life of equipment and recommend repairs and/or replacement to extend unit run lengths
• Conduct / Coordinate Fire Water Demand Study – New or revalidate existing
• Review and endorse updated Equipment Strategy for life saving equipment for implementation in SAP

Main Functions

• Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the project’s goals, objectives, and procedures.
• Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues.
• In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• The prime objective for the SHE Specialist is to co-ordinate and facilitate safety equipment strategy development for the business unit. The role also provides support for routine and turnaround activities for the business unit.

Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to all Level 1 tasks, Level 2:

• Participate in or lead risk studies or conduct consequence analyses, e.g., toxic gas dispersion modeling.
• Develop and update safety standards, instructions, codes, and formalize them into company documented practices as required.
• Facilitate the SHE (Life Saving Equipment) Equipment Strategy program (to meet Global Reliability System (GRS) 135 and 136 requirements)
• Responsible to establish annual and five yearly SHE equipment strategy plans with the business teams for life saving equipment
• Update/optimize equipment strategies based upon incidents, equipment history, and analysis
• Steward equipment strategy implementation versus plan to the business team
• Facilitate process steps of the SHE Equipment strategy development process
• Provide support for maintenance and field teams for life saving equipment and oil spill response equipment
• Participate in the Life Saving Equipment CoP network as a network member, bringing global benefits to the site.
• Participate in peer assist and network activities (CoP, Fire Safety Reviews, Incident Learning, HLVI etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Experience Level: 8 Years and above
• Environmental, Health and Safety experience
• Loss Prevention experience
• Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.

Job Title: Geoscience – Geophysicist III

Location: Nigeria

Main Functions

• Supports and enhances 2D/3D seismic and wellbore acquisition programs across company.
• Will interface with the operating groups, other technical specialists, and vendors to provide 2D/3D seismic and borehole seismic survey acquisition solutions which safely meet organizational goals and commitments. May serve as a Formation Evaluation Specialist.

Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to the Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, a Level 3:

• Experienced with post-stack and pre-stack seismic inversion / AVO
• Experience in seismic attribute analysis to define structural and depositional environment/facies
• Strong experience with carbonates
• Application of geophysics to unconventional plays experience.

Scope of Work specific to this Assignment

• Cross equalize deepwater 4D seismic baseline and monitor volumes (full and angle stacks) to take out any remaining non-production related differences post migration.
• Convert the calculated time-shift volumes to a relative velocity change (DVV) volume.
• Combine the DVV and quadrature difference volumes to generate a Broadband Timelapse (BBT) volume.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Geotechnical or Geophysical required
• Previous experience in a closely related position
• Geology & Geophysical interpretation skills
• Advance Petrophysical analysis skills in Siliciclastic settings
• Competency in computing applications (Geology & Petrel)
• Strong knowledge of the Petroleum Geology of the local area at a basic minimum
• Geoscience computing skills
• Good team player, ability to work effectively in and with diverse work groups
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Experience in interpreting gravity and magnetic data.
• Sound knowledge in seismic processing and seismic acquisition operations.
• Strong structural geology background with experience in all tectonic systems, in all geologic environments and all reservoir types.
