Job Summary

• As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the pharmacies. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Our pharmacies serve various category of customers and other group settings. Providing excellent customer service to these customers would be essential. • Financial Management: You would be responsible for the financial management of the pharmacies. This includes budgeting, expense control, pricing strategies, and maximizing revenue generation.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing long-term strategic plans for the pharmacies would be part of your role. This includes identifying growth opportunities, exploring new markets, and adapting to changes in the healthcare landscape.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required
