Job Title: Wireline Crew Chief
Location:Â Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Core Responsibilities
- Safely perform pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties and shop to ensure safety and successful completion.
- Training and mentoring of junior operators to help share knowledge and up-skill your team.
- Overseeing your assigned unit to ensure effective planning, preparation, and readiness.
- Perform and supervise operator crew on tasks associated with a typical Wireline job, which include planning and preparation, load-out and backload, etc and complete paperwork.
- Maintain and supervise the maintenance of tools and equipment, and clean-up of facilities and work locations in a presentable and working condition.
- Directly responsible for the Winch Activity of the Wireline Unit during all duration of the field operation.
- Perform Wireline cable tests and re-heads, and preventative maintenance.
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform various Wireline functions including winch operation, basic depth control, and tension.
Requirements for Consideration
- Minimum of HND Degree in Engineering
- Have at least 10 years of relevant industry experience in Wireline Services operations – Cased Hole Onshore and Offshore experience
- Must possess experience in the operation and maintenance of Wireline Surface Pressure Control Equipment
- Must possess experience in operation, rig up and down of pipe recovery, perforation, setting tools in cased hole, thru-tubing and advanced slickline services.
- Great communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and other productivity tools.

Job Title: Slickline Operations Supervisor
Location:Â Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities
- Slickline Supervisors needed for intervention challenges to join a well intervention team to analyze the challenges and direct / supervise the slickline activities in the field.
- This intervention work is being planned for three identified wells currently and is estimated for a duration of one month in the first instance.
Requirements
- B.Sc Engineering, Slickline Operator, Slickline Supervisor, Well Planning.
- 10 – 15 years relevant work experience.

Job Title: Coiled Tubing Supervisor
Location:Â Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
As a Coiled Tubing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with various clients on location as the main focal point responsible for the coiled tubing.
- Adhering and ensuring assigned coiled tubing packages are maintained with flawless housekeeping including, but not limited to, overall condition, inventory, repair orders.
- Providing support, mentoring, supervision, and guidance to the team to ensure day-to-day wellsite work activities are completed.
- Following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
- Ensuring flawless execution and delivery by assigning resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity
- Leading the entire crew on location for coiled tubing operation to achieve safe and flawless execution.
- Collaborating with sales teams as well as interaction with customers for assigned area to understand activity forecast.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 10 – 15 years relevant work experience.
