Job Summary:

  • To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of operations at the station, through effective utilization of human and material resources, and ensuring that staff at the station adhere to the rules/ regulations/ policies that govern conducts in Rainoil.Roles & Responsibilities

2). LPG Plant Cashier

Location: Oleh, Kwale, Ugbokodo, Issele-uku Delta State

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the petty cash inflow and outflow of Rainoil’s stations and depots and maintaining accurate records/books on transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the availability of funds to meet day-to-day operational petty cash expenses and emergencies.
  • Maintain records to allow easy disbursement, reconciliation, and replenishment.
  • Process expense retirement ledgers to ensure proper accountability of all cash advances.
  • Create and maintain records of cash requests and disbursements.
  • Reconcile all received cash with expenses, which have been recorded in the petty cash book.
  • Process payment for accounts and issue receipts.
  • Keep records of amounts received and paid, and regularly check the cash balance against this record.
  • Collect money from the bank for safekeeping before reimbursements.
  • File all documents concerning cash payment and collection.
  • Respond to queries regarding approvals, payment limits, retirement deadlines, etc.
  • Retire the various imprest accounts.
  • Prepare daily and weekly collections and payment summary reports for review by the station supervisor.

4). Security Officer

Location: Lagos

Description:

  • To oversee all security-related matters at the Rainoil Ijegun Petroleum depot.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advises management on security implications and profer solutions.
  • Implements measures to ensure adequate security of employees, clients, and assets of the depot.
  • Provides insights on own areas (e.g. theft and fraud prevention, physical privacy) for Business Continuity Planning.
  • Oversees incidence response planning as well as investigating security breaches.
  • Ensures the dissemination of information concerning security policies and approved procedures on asset protection, theft prevention, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance etc. to depot staff on a regular basis.
  • Prepares reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage and other issues escalated by the staff and presents them to the CSO.
  • Enforces safety processes in all the activities in the depot.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in an organisation or a security agency
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or any discipline
