Job Title: HR Training Specialist

Location: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and line managers
  • Provides inputs to the Training Strategy and the development of specific training development plans
  • Optimizes the training portfolio as specialized targeted courses are offered to managers and employees
  • Prepares training manuals and training offers for employees and managers
  • Plans training courses and sessions and manages and monitors the assigned training budget
  • Manages the portfolio of contracts with external vendors and introduces changes to the Standard Terms and Conditions
  • Cooperates with the external training vendors and delivers tailored training programs and courses
  • Oversees the quality of delivered training sessions by external vendors
  • Builds the internal network of internal trainers and organizes the regular Train the Trainer sessions
  • Monitors the best practice in the training area and introduces it in the organization
  • Evaluates the quality of training courses and implements improvements
  • Cooperates with the Career Development Specialists to design programs for high potentials and future leaders

Other Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in any relevant areas (Social Sciences, Sciences etc)
  • 3 – 5 years of training experience
  • Membership with NITAD an added advantage.
  • Female Candidate preferred
  • We need candidates from core training and development unit of a manufacturing company or a training outfit.
  • Training of a class not less than 10 to 20 in a Company’s Training School.Evidence required.

Job Title: Production / Material Planner

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Should be a Materials/packaging planner and be conversant with the supply chain.
  • Calculating material consumption, sales volume projection etc
  • Leading a team of planners or schedulers and providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and development.
  • Create, oversee, and establish a continuous preventive maintenance plan to maximize equipment reliability, Store reliability, etc.
  • Supervise the computerized maintenance management software.
  • Establish work packages for all scheduled maintenance operations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate equipment maintenance history, work records, database, and other relevant documents.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies in planning activities.
  • The role needs to ensure a balance on all aspects and trade-offs of supply, including running inventory levels and minimizing out of stocks, whilst delivering an adaptable supply chain that fulfill Sales forecasts accurately
  • Lead the budget process for the region and ensure all guidelines, templates and timelines are adhered to
  • Support the completion of the CAPEX budget as required

Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND in any Engineering Field or Science-related field.

Experience:

  • At least 4 – 6 years of relevant job experience.
  • Proficiency in database management and planning Management in a manufacturing company especially beverage/water and dairies settings.
  • FMCG experience is key.

The Person Must:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have good data analysis skills
  • Pay keen attention to details and be highly organized.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Budget
N350,000 – N380,000 Gross plus other benefits.
