Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage the finance and accounting functions of the company. You will maintain subsidiary books, prepare final accounts, generate reports, prepare and manage budget and maintain an effective internal cost control system.
- You will perform a financial analysis of company results, review and interpret results, identify opportunities and highlight risks.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 3 years post qualification requisite experience.
- This position requires a highly proactive individual with a first rate technical expertise gained within a rapidly changing business environment.
- Also of importance, you must have strong leadership skills, high levels of personal energy and the credibility to operate effectively and influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
- You must have high level communication and influencing skills. Highly numerate and analytical with a practical approach to problem solving, you must have the drive and commercial acumen to succeed. A good knowledge of an accounting software is required.

Description
- Our client is looking for a Dentist to strengthen their Dental team.
- Reporting to the Medical Director, you will perform oral examinations, identify and treat problems with the teeth and mouth. You will advise patients on how to maintain good oral health and give them tips on how to prevent diseases of the teeth and gums.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take patients’ medical histories
- Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment including regular cleaning, root canals, surgical extractions, implants and cosmetic dentistry
- Refer patients for surgery or orthodontic work
- Make moulds of patients’ teeth and prepare prosthetics such as crowns, plates and implants
- Maintain accurate patient records and details of consultations
- Keep up with best practices, new technologies and innovations in the field of dentistry
- Manage a team including Hygienists, Dental Assistants and administrative staff
