Job Title: Facility Manager

Position Overview
- The Facility Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of our state-of-the-art manufacturing and office facilities.
- This role is crucial to ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our mission of innovation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s facilities, including manufacturing plants, office spaces, and surrounding grounds.
- Oversee facility operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and new projects.
- Manage the facility budget, including forecasting and cost control.
- Supervise facility staff and ensure effective team performance.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and implement contingency plans.
- Enhance facility sustainability practices in line with Possible EVs’ commitment to environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.

- You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and financial institutions to structure and execute financing solutions that drive the adoption of electric mobility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financing strategies to support the acquisition, leasing, and financing of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners to secure financing solutions tailored to the needs of the company and its customers.
- Lead the negotiation and structuring of financing agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align financing strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks in the asset financing space.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financing processes, enhance customer experience, and maximize profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in asset financing, leasing, or corporate finance, preferably within the automotive, transportation, or renewable energy sector.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess risk.
- Knowledge of electric mobility industry trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape is a plus.
