Job Title: Lead, IT Infrastructure Presales Engineer

Location: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Lead, IT Infrastructure Presales Engineer will collaborate and build trust with sales teams, customers, and internal technical teams to understand client requirements, design appropriate solutions, articulate the value and benefits of the proposed infrastructure solutions, and bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements to ensure the successful implementation of IT infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical expert during pre-sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Design comprehensive and customized IT infrastructure solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Educate and advise customers on the features, benefits, and technical aspects of proposed infrastructure solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional technical support and demonstrating expertise in IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Address client concerns and objections and provide guidance to sales teams in positioning the solution effectively.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation plans that articulate the proposed infrastructure solution.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) testing and validation of proposed infrastructure solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate the capabilities and performance of the solution and address any technical issues or limitations that may arise.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and product advancements related to IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams, including Solution architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales implementation.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Electronics, and Technology
  • 7+ years of work experience in Networking engineering, or as an Enterprise System administrator.
  • Minimum of 5years pre-sales experience.
  • CCNP, CCNA, ITIL
  • Knowledge of SDN solutions such as ACI/VMware NSX/storage solution
  • Knowledge of Network protocols BGP and OSPF and F5 infrastructure
  • Any professional/Expert level Certification in Cisco, Dell, HP, Juniper etc.
  • Knowledge of Network storage protocols, distributed storage solutions, VMware vsan, Nutanix.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Cisco Commerce platform.
  • Candidate must have led a team of engineers.

Job Title: Financial Controller

Description 

  • The Financial Controller will oversee the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. He will ensure compliance with regulations, manage financial risks, and implement internal controls. Additionally, He provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and interpret financial information
  • Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends
  • Analyze change and advise accordingly
  • Formulate strategic and long-term business plans
  • Research and report on factors influencing business performance
  • Analyze competitors and market trends
  • Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk

  • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
  • Provide HR Managerial oversight and supervisory roles
  • Perform and manage all administrative support functions to the business
  • Ensure all activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care
  • Perform oversight and manage all logistics and order placement
  • Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • MBA in Finance or Accounting
  • Gender: Preferably Male
  • 8+ years of work experience in Finance and Accounting
  • Candidate must be adept in Financial & Accounting Software
  • Candidate must possess Financial Management skill
  • Candidate must be adept in Financial Analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting skill is a must have
  • Candidate must possess business Acumen
  • Candidate must possess strong Project Management Skill

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the technology industry.
  • Successfully develop distinct value propositions for the client that provide genuine benefits and generate profits for both Ouranos and the clients.
  • Continuously review the Sales dashboard (Hit Rate, Call Rate, Cover Ratio) vs. Ouranos’ requirements.
  • Actively involved in effective relationship building with key clients and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand and articulate the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
