We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT and Administrative Officer
Location:Â Abuja (FCT)
Responsiblities
- Assist with the management of information technology and computer systems, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Initiate and implement robust IT infrastructure, including hardware and software solutions tailored to the organization’s needs.
- Deliver comprehensive IT services, including business solutions, application maintenance, user support, data backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Maintain stringent data security protocols, manage network access controls, and oversee system security operations.
- Monitor and control IT-related expenditures, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights from organizational data, supporting decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Develop engaging content that reflects the organization’s key areas of intervention and values.
- Provide essential administrative and logistical support for day-to-day activities.
- Manage schedules, deadlines, and office activities in compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- 0-2 Years experience in IT management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes within non-profit organizations.
- Ability to use Canva and other graphic design tools.
