Location: Lagos
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. Relevant certifications in Quantity Surveying are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years on road, highway, and bridge projects.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting market surveys, and preparing project certificates.
- Skills: Strong client liaison abilities and experience in managing project finances and documentation.

Job Title: Road and Highway Engineer
Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-time
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Road and Highway Engineer at Cosgrove Investment Limited in Abuja.
- The Road and Highway Engineer will be responsible for highway design, civil engineering design, highway engineering, feasibility studies, and infrastructure projects on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in road construction.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in road construction in Nigeria with a reputed company.
- Highway Design, Highway Engineering, and Civil Engineering Design skills
- Proficiency in earthmoving, asphalt, stone base, and concrete works.
- Strong client liaison skills.
- Basic knowledge of project planning and management
- Experience in conducting feasibility studies for infrastructure projects
- Strong background in infrastructure projects planning and execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
