Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited is one of Nigeria’s largest manufacturing firms, known for producing and distributing some of the country’s most popular beverages, including Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda, Teem, Mountain Dew, H2oH!, Lipton Ice Tea, and Aquafina premium drinking water. Recently, the company expanded into the Home & Personal Care sector with the launch of its 2SURE brand, introducing its first product: a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. Seven-Up operates nine bottling plants equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, strategically situated in various regions nationwide.

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for the company’s customers. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about products or services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
- Provide customer support through multiple communication channels
- Escalate complicated customer concerns to management
- Gather and document customer feedback
- Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in the Igbo language
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Willingness to work on a shift schedule
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of management practices and techniques
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
