Job Title: Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Responsible for content on all social media platforms
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Planning digital marketing campaigns (Web, Email and SocialMedia)
• Supervise Graphics design efforts
• Provide coverage for all events
• Responsible for implementing strategies to grow the Techbiz community
• Curate content for the weekly newsletter, blog posts, paid posts and ads
• Responsible for growing presence on social media
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism or similar
• Experience as a social media executive
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.

Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper close out of projects (reconciliation, costing, budget, weekly reports, executive summary, invoice, 3rd party receipts) all put together in a folder.
• Ensure (s)he leads all execution and is physically present on field driving achievement of set KPIs.
• Ensures Zero loss account and proper management of clients
• Ensure they cultivate and grow the existing account by getting more jobs, they revive dormant accounts and bring in one new account every quarter
• Development and driving the marketing database strategies and execution in relation to consumer growth, segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness.
• Creatively introduce latest innovations to clients on real-time market strategy to encourage more billings.
• Proffer solutions to project related issues on the go and add value to client.
• Management of marketing reporting of day-to-day campaign activities, reporting from basic campaign tracking to attribution models.
• Understanding of consumers, new trends and innovations
• Other Duties: The Marketing Operations Manager also performs other duties as delegated by the Managing Director.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
• 3-4 years high business analyst experience
• Affiliation with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.

• We are seeking a talented 3D Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing our campaigns to life through visually stunning and engaging motion graphics that resonate with our clients’ target audience.

Responsibilities

• Create visually striking 3D motion graphics that effectively communicate product features and brand messages.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm ideas and develop visual concepts.
• Create storyboards to outline the sequence of motion graphics and animations.
• Develop themes and experiences that drive brand engagement and interaction.
• Produce visuals and motion graphics for special events and occasions to showcase brand values and achievements.
• This includes designing interactive and captivating booth layouts for participation in industry exhibitions and events

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D motion graphics software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, etc.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning motion graphics.
• Experience in developing interactive experiences and VR elements is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
