We operate in five core categories – personal care, beauty, home care, food and nutrition and electricals.
Job Title: Production Engineer
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- To monitor and identify malfunctioning machine/parts and fix it before total breakdown.
- To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on blow mold machines.
- To set up production machines, set stipulated parameters for different SKUs/product lines and change parametric settings during change of line/SKUs.
- Reports any fault he cannot fix within economically rational time to the maintenance (engineering) team.
- To ensure that all products meet quality specifications.
- Keeps the environment of the packing plant especially your work area clean in line with GMP and 5s philosophy.
- Troubleshoots minor problems.
- To comply with all safety rules laid down in the Packing plant
- Ensures the readiness of production machinery as well as packaging and raw material as per the day’s production schedule.
- To ensure compliance with relevant QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. in any discipline preferably Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 – 3 years work experience in a similar role
- Computer literate
- Proactive and able to implement continual improvement program.

Refinery Engineer

Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Working with the Head of Procurement to prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of intelligence to identify value creating opportunities within the supply chain.
- Support development of category strategies then implement and execute strategy.
- Provide the key local interface between the supplier and internal customers to facilitate the resolution of supplier non-conformance and manage supplier escalation/ re-scheduling.
- In conjunction with Procurement manager develop and execute procurement strategies.
- Developing/ agreeing with internal customer. Service level Agreements. Risk Management programme and appropriate supply measurement tools to assist in driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- University Degree in any commercial based-discipline.
- Relevant 3+ years post qualification — including some quality procurement—functional experience within a forward thinking, fast-paced and value —adding blue —chip FMCG environment.
- Professional procurement qualification desirable (GIPS/ISM/MBA), and capable of rapidly developing full understanding of world-class procurement systems and practices, including all of category management processes and associated tools.
- Ability to exploit opportunities to gain best value in procurement and supplier management within
- Able to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple relationships in a multi-cultural environment with an ability to take criticism and learn from feedback.
- Strong IT skills base, including intermediate proficiency in office applications.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Possess excellent Quantitative Analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of financial management.
- Experience in independently handling procurement functions for organization of similar size for at least 2 years
- FMCG background is a plus
