Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager.
  • The IT Manager will be responsible for implementing technology strategies, managing the day-to-day operations of the IT functions, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Ensure the security, integrity and availability of all IT systems and data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement long-term technology strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Conduct technology research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and threats.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

  • We are looking for an astute and highly motivated procurement officer to assist in purchasing and negotiation activities for the company and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
  • The procurement officer’s responsibilities include maintaining positive vendor relations, evaluating supply options, and maintaining accurate records.
  • The successful candidate will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming supplies/ materials for projects and oversee all and ministrative needs within the procurement department.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain relationships with vendors/ suppliers.
  • Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
  • Review all vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
  • Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
  • Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
  • Oversee all administrative needs within the procurement department.

  • The successful candidate will provide support to our finance team, record transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial reporting.
