The company is the premier manufacturer of luxury furniture in West Africa. Majeurs Holdings Ltd, the parent company, houses Majeurs Furniture, Majeurs Academy and Mande.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Team Member

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales growth and expanding market reach for the company’s products.
  • Identify potential customers, developing marketing campaigns, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and qualify prospects through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the head of marketing to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and online content, to support sales efforts and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with head of department and internal teams, including production development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company, build relationships, and explore partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, preparing proposals, quotes, and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, providing input and insights to support business growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Candidates should be a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, BSc, MBA, etc.
  • 2 years of experience.
  • Proximity to Surulere is an added advantage.
  • Furniture or Interior Decoration knowledge is an added advantage.

Job Title: Technical Drawing Teacher

Responsibilities

  • Technical drawing teacher provides instruction and guidance to help students explore and understand important concepts in technical drawing, including problem-solving and how to gather evidence to support ideas or decisions.
  • Technical drawing teacher create lesson plans, present drawing demonstrations, and grade tests and assignments.
  • You should be able to work with students who have different capabilities and interests.
  • To teach Technical Drawing, conduct practical, and ensure Majeurs runs smoothly in your own capacity.
  • Maintain proper academic records of students.

Job Description
