Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • The position will be responsible for administrative support in the processing of travelling and hotel itineraries for both local and expatriate staff, stock management and distribution, documentation and updating admin files as well as arrangement for all travel related test at designated laboratory.

Responsibilities
A summary of role’s responsibility is as follows:

  • Making reservations and booking of both Local and International Flights.
  • Arranging of new protocols for Logistics/Hotel and Airport.
  • Keeping and updating a master travelling file (international and local)
  • Stock Management and Reconciliation
  • Distribution materials when the needs arise.
  • Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items.
  • Processing of all invoices for payments
  • Responsible for conducting periodic verification and reconciliation of all office items and a complete up to date list of all store items/office supplies
  • Handling of all admin related filing and documentation
  • Handling of email correspondence accordingly
  • Any other assigned task(s)

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience.

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Nigeria

Description

  • The Procurement Officer will be responsible for the effective delivery of procurement services in order to obtain a client-focused, qualitative and results-oriented approach in the department.

Job Responsibilities
A summary of role’s responsibility is as follows:

  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports to provide stakeholders with actionable data and insights on all spare parts requisition by category and location.
  • Assist team with the implementation of logistics and distribution strategies and plans that meet cost and timelines targets.
  • Assist with the implementation of efficient file organization procedures and documentation systems for all procurement order processing and delivery.
  • Support with order processing needs and re-transfer stock to respective plants within Nigeria.
  • Provide support to management with evaluating the ability of vendors/partners to meet criteria related to costs, delivery timeline and product/service quality
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and add value to the procurement team.
  • Timely follow up on procurement contracts to ensure that Purchase orders (POs) are duly prepared, dispatched and payment made.
  • Any other duty of similar responsibility assigned.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Strong Organizational skills with problem solving attitude
  • Experience in office management software like MS Office, Windows and Exchange.
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Working experience in SAP is mandatory.
  • Experienced in analyzing, interpreting and solving complex operations in procurement & supply chain management
  • Good record keeping/document filing skills.

Job Title: Facility Officer

Description

  • The position will be responsible for providing assistance to ensure the day-to-day smooth management and operation of the office buildings/accommodation infrastructure through administrative support as well as, overseeing the general maintenance of tasks.

Responsibilities
A summary of role’s responsibility is as follows:

  • Maintain all facilities and equipment within the system and their related issues including, record keeping, repairs, and supervision of personnel working within the facility premises.
  • Maintain records of all assets and conditions of occupancy including sourcing and renewal of residence for both expatriates and local staff.
  • Coordinate and monitor the services of outsourced companies e.g., Security and cleaning companies.
  • Supervise support staff at the head office in the orderly discharge of their duties e.g., janitorial staff
  • Monitor the services of domestic workers in the company residence and responsible for their accommodation
  • Responsible for the monthly payment for Utility such as Energy used, waste disposal and cable subscription.
  • Any other assigned task(s).

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience.
  • Good knowledge of Facilities and space administration
  • Experience in office management software like MS Office, Windows and Exchange
  • Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Good team player
  • Attention to details
